Venustas 12V/4800mAh Battery
- Designed with three outputs, this Venustas battery pack is versatile. The DC 9-12.6V output is compatible with our 12V heated apparel, while the DC 7.4V/2.5A output powers our 7.4V heated apparel. Additionally, the Type-C output can charge other electric devices.
- *If there's an output on the DC 7.4V port, the battery can simultaneously charge the apparel and other devices. If there's an output on the DC 11V port, it cannot.
- The Type-C output is compatible with various electric devices, providing a full charge for an iPhone 15 and a Galaxy S10 up to three times.
- The 7.4V port, with a capacity of 6300mAh, enables our 7.4V heated apparel (heated vests, heated jackets, heated hoodies) to function for 8-11 hours. The 12V port, with a capacity of 4700mAh, supports a larger heating area, providing 8–10 hours of warmth.
- Featuring a Type-C charging input, there's no need for a separate charger. Simply connect the Type-C charging cable to any USB port, and you'll be ready to charge the battery. It takes only 3 hours to achieve a full charge with a 20V/1.75A charger.

- The Type-C output is universally compatible with other electronic devices and has the capacity to charge an iPhone 15 four times.
- Featuring three available outputs, it provides a DC 7.4V/2.5A output for Venustas 7.4V heated apparel, a 9-12.6V output for Venustas 12V heated apparel, and a Type-C output for charging other electric devices.
- *If there's an output on the DC 7.4V port, the battery can simultaneously charge the apparel and other devices. If there's an output on the DC 9–12.6V port, it cannot.
- The Type-C port serves as both an output and an input. This battery requires 4 hours for a full charge using a 20V/1.75A charger.

How Do I Use the Venustas 12V Heated Jacket Battery?
Using the Venustas 12V heated jacket battery is a simple process. Follow these steps for optimal performance:
1.Charging: Before the first use, fully charge the battery with the provided charger. Connect the battery to the charger and wait until the indicator shows a full charge.
2.Attaching to the Jacket: Locate the battery compartment in your Venustas heated jacket. Securely insert the fully charged 12V battery into the designated pocket or compartment. If there's an output, the LED light will stay on, and then the current battery light will blink.
3.Turning On/Off: Depending on the jacket model, find the power button or control for adjusting heat settings. Press and hold the power button to turn the heat on or off. Adjust the settings as needed.
How to Charge the Venustas 12V Heated Jacket Battery?
1.Check the Battery Level.
2.Recharge Your Battery: Use a Type-C to Type-C charger cable or charger to charge the battery. (Note: Venustas no longer includes a power adapter in the box as part of environmental goals.)
3.Disconnect the Battery: Remove the power cable, and the battery will automatically turn off after 30 seconds.
Safety Instruction for 12V Heated Jacket Battery:

- Use of a power supply or charger not zipmend or not sold by battery pack manufactured may result in a risk of fire or injury.
- Do not disassemble the battery or try to repair or modify it. Damaged or incorrectly modified batteries may cause unpredictable result, including fire or injury. 8. Please use identical replacement part only and repair the item only when the service is provided by a qualified repair-person.
9.Do not use harsh chemicals or cleaning agents on the exterior of this unit.
- If battery becomes extremely hot, emits odor, gets dented or experience any abnormal deformity, you should stop using it immediately.
- Dispose of the battery only at an authorized recycling center.
- The battery will take 4 hours to be fully charged with a 20V/1.75A charger when it's used up. After being fully charged, please remember to unplug the charger.
- When charging, the battery may get hot. It's the normal operating condition and there's no need to worry.
- In normal conditions, the battery performance may define after using several years. Disclaimer: Damage caused by the incorrect use and store of the product due to failure to follow the warnings and guidelines in the manual shall be borne by the user.
