VENUSTAS Extended Holiday Return Policy

We are extending the holiday return window! Orders of brand-new items delivered from October 14th, 2024, are eligible for returns until January 15th, 2025. Feel confident gifting your loved ones this holiday season!

Customers must be VENUSTAS members at the time of purchase to qualify for the extended holiday return. Join for FREE to enjoy free returns and other perks!
Note: Outlet items, clearance items, and other final sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Items must be brand-new and unworn with tags attached to qualify for a return or exchange. We reserve the right to inspect and reject any items that are not in their original condition (brand-new and unworn with tags). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Standard Return Policy

  • Outlet items, final sale items, and free gifts are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Items must be brand-new and unworn with tags attached, and returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery. We reserve the right to inspect and reject any items that are not in their original condition.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you wish to upgrade the battery on an exchange item, an additional fee may apply.
  • Only items purchased from venustasofficial.com are eligible for returns or exchanges via our Return Center. For purchases made through other channels, please contact the original seller.

How to Return

U.S. Returns:

  • Submit a return request via our Return Center within 30 days of delivery.
  • Enter your order number and email address to begin the return process.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • Once your request is approved, we will send a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a prepaid shipping label.
  • Please note: Only one prepaid shipping label is provided per order. If you submit multiple return requests or if your order is outside the 30-day window, any shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be your responsibility.

Canada Returns:

  • Contact our customer service at service@venustasofficial.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
  • Once your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email along with an RMA form.
  • Please print the RMA form and include it in your return package.
  • Once the returned package is received by our warehouse, we will proceed with your refund or exchange.
  • Please note: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for the return shipping costs and are expected to return products to the designated warehouse at their own expense.

Refund Processing Duration

Kindly allow 3-6 business days for our after-sales team to process your request. After this, please note the refund times below:

  • For credit card refunds, please allow between 1-14 business days for the transaction to process.
  • For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.
