Return & Exchange Policy

  • Outlets, Final Sale, battery packages, Underwear & Bulk Order are not eligible for return or exchanges.
  • Only items in new condition and unworn with tags can be eligible for return or exchange. Any items returned that are not in salable condition will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.
  • The initial shipping fee (if there is) is not refundable.
  • Every order is eligible for one shipping label ONLY. Customers should bear the shipping fee for return/exchange twice or more.
  • Any return without contacting customer service first will be rejected. Please provide us with the tracking number after sending out parcel, or we cannot confirm if the item is received.

 

√For US Customers

  1. If due to customer’s own reason (don’t want it anymore or don’t like it), He or She apply for a refund within 30 days of delivery, shipping fee for return is borne by customer.
  2. If customer wants to exchange the item (due to wrong size, don’t like the color) within 60 days of delivery, we will cover the shipping fee for exchange (create a shipping label).
  3. If the item is defective or wrong (within 1-year warranty), we will cover the shipping fee for refund/exchange.

 

√For Canadian Customers

  1. If due to customer’s own reason (don’t want it anymore or don’t like it), He or She apply for a refund within 30 days of delivery, shipping fee for return is borne by customer.
  2. If customer wants to exchange the item (due to wrong size, don’t like the color) within 60 days of delivery, shipping fee for exchange is borne by customer.
  3. If the item is defective or wrong, customers need to exchange or return the item:
a. If it’s within 3 months of delivery, we will cover the shipping fee (create a shipping label).
b. If it’s 4-12 months of delivery, shipping fee for return is borne by customer.

 

How to Return (Most Recommended Method)

  1. Submit a return/exchange request at return center. (30 days for return, 60 days for exchange). If the order is approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label (US Only).
  2. Re-pack the item with the return labels.
  3. Drop off your package at the designated carrier.

Refund Processing Duration

Kindly allow 3-6 business days for our after-sales team to process your request. After this, please note the refund times below:

  • For credit card refunds, please allow between 1-14 business days for the transaction to process.
  • For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.
