How do I get points for my purchases?
You’ll get 1 point for every dollar you spend on products on Venustasofficial.com. Points are based on final dollar value. We’ll have special promotions where you’ll be able to get more points for every purchase.

*Make sure to sign in before making a purchase so you can get all your Heated Points. We can’t offer points for purchases if you haven’t logged in to your account.

You’ll receive additional heated points on your birthday every year. All you need to do is sign in to your account, visit the “earn points” section and enter your birthday.

 Note: Your birthday must be entered and confirmed at least 30 days in advance to be rewarded.

Once you have signed in to your account, click on the Heatwave Rewards icon on the upper right corner of your browser, you will find your point balance on the pop-up widget. You can also find your point balance on the top of your account page.

To redeem points, sign into your account, click on the Heatwave Rewards icon in the upper right corner of your browser.Redeem points by clicking on "Ways to redeem" and choose your favorite reward.

When you do this, you will receive a coupon code to use with your order in our store.Coupon codes can only apply on full-price items and can not be combined with other discounts.

These are member tiers that come with different member perks and benefits. Based on the total spent on ororowear.com, you will automatically enter different tiers:

Heatwave Explorer from $0-$299
Heatwave Elite from $300-$799
Heatwave Expert from $800+

Exclusive deals for members will be shown in your account page after signing in to your account.You will need to use the exclusive codes to get the deals.

It’s the celebration for your birthday! For all Heatwave Expert members, you will receive a special birthday gift at your birthday month!

Remember to fill your birthday in your member info! Only when your birthday is filled one month in advance of your birthday, you can receive a birthday gift by the month of your birthday!

You will only receive heated Points for purchases made on our US website, www.venustasofficial.com.
