How it works?

In order to ensure the overall portability of the clothes, the heated clothing is powered by the portable power bank instead of directly plugged into the power supply. Also, each jacket is equipped with heating elements, which can generate heat when powered by the battery. They switch the temperature with a small power button on the jacket.

Step 1: Press the button on the right side of the battery.
You can check the left side to see if the charge level indicator works fine.
If it can work, please go on step 2.

Step 2: Charge your phone with this battery.
Please use the battery to charge your phone and see if your phone is charging with that battery.
If the battery cannot charge your phone, we are so sorry that there's something wrong with the battery. Don't hesitate to get in touch with service@venustasofficial.com with pictures and a detailed description. We will ship you a new battery as soon as possible if your purchase is under warranty!
If your battery is doing well in charging your phone, there maybe nothing wrong with the battery!

7.4V battery
Identify the problem based on the following situations.
Situation1: After the battery is fully charged and connected with the clothes, the button doesn’t respond (doesn’t flash red, white and blue lights)
Situation2: After the battery is fully charged and connected with the clothes, the button quickly flashes the red, white and blue lights (or only flash red light) and then turns off. It has no response even if you press again.
Situation3: After the battery is fully charged and connected with the clothes, the button quickly flashes the red, white and blue lights (or only flash red light) and then turns off. Press the button for 3-4 seconds, the above situation repeats.
Situation4: Heated jacket sometimes turns off automatically/changes the heating level automatically.
Situation5: After the battery is fully charged and connected with the heated jacket, the charge level shows 0.
Situation 6: Some heating zones of the heated jacket are not heating (It used to heat up, but not now).
Situation 7: Some heating zones of the heated jacket are not heating (It can’t heat up at the beginning)
Situation 8: All heating elements are not heating.

Situation 1: After the battery is fully charged and connected with the clothes, the button doesn’t respond (doesn’t flash red, white and blue lights).
Situation 2: Some heating zones of the heated jacket are not heating (It used to be heat, but not now).
Situation 3: Some heating zones of the heated jacket are not heating (It can’t heat at first)
Situation 4: All heating zones of the heated jacket are not heating.
Solutions
Step 1: Check your heated clothing.
Please connect the battery and the heated clothing. You can see the power button on your apparel will flash 3s in red/white/blue light.
If it can flash 3s in red/white/blue light, please go on step 2.
If no, please re-plug the cable at first. If it's still not working, we are so sorry that there's something wrong with the apparel. There's might a problem with the button switch.
Step 2: Press and hold the power button for 3-5seconds
This step is to preheat this item. You can see a blinking red led light.
If you can see a blinking red light, please go on step 3.
If no, we are so sorry that there's something wrong with the apparel. There's might a problem with the connection between the button and heated clothing.
Step 3: Set your apparel on a high level.
After about 1 minute, touch the lining to see if there's an obvious sense of heat. This step is to check whether the heating pads are still working.
If you don’t feel the heat, we are so sorry that something wrong with the apparel. There's might a problem with the heating pads.
After the above three steps, it means everything is alright with your battery and heated clothing if you don't have any problem! You don’t need to worry about it!
