Beginner Guide to Venustas Heated Apparel [2024 Update]

1. Read the Manual
Before you start using your heated apparel, take a few moments to read the User Manual. This will provide you with essential information on operation, safety, and maintenance.
2. Charge Up Your Battery
Start by fully charging your battery to enjoy the lasting warmth with Venustas Heated Apparel. Allow it to charge for about 2-4 hours until the battery indicators stop blinking or the LCD displays a reading of 100.
Note:
- For Venustas-6000 battery, use a 5V/3A charger to achieve a full charge in just 4 hours.
- Using a 20V/1.75A charger for Venustas-7500 battery and Venustas-10000 battery allows for a quick charge within 2 to 3 hours.

3. Connect the Battery
Once the battery is fully charged, it’s time to power up your heated apparel:
- Find the battery pocket in the garment (usually located inside).
- Plug the cable inside the pocket into the battery port.
- Insert the battery into the pocket and close the zipper.
4. Power On
Once the battery is connected, powering on your heated apparel is a breeze with these steps.
- Find the power button on the garment (typically located on the right chest).
- Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds until the red LED lights up.
- Preheat for 5 minutes and then it automatically adjusts to medium heat by a white LED.
Note:
- Venustas heated gloves 2.0 and heated socks do not feature the preheating function. Simply press the power button for 3-5 seconds until the red LED lights up to start at a high level.
5. Adjust the Heat and Enjoy the Warmth
Now that you've activated the preheating, let's tune into the warmth that suits you best.
Simply short press the power button to select the heating setting: high, medium, and low. Each settings indicate different temperature, designed to suit different needs:
- High: 131℉/55℃
- Medium: 113℉/45℃
- Low: 100℉/37.8℃
Note:
- The temperature range for Venustas heated socks is 104-113°F on low, 121-131°F on medium, and 131-140°F on high.
- Heated socks are programmed to automatically adjust to medium heat when it’s set at a high level for 15 minutes.
6. Power Down
When you have finished using your heated gear, press and hold the button for 3-5 seconds until the LED turns off. Then, unplug the battery and store it properly.
7. Care and Maintenance
Preparation
- Remove the battery from the zipper pocket, put the plug back, and zip up.
- Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent.
- Place the garment in a mesh laundry bag.
Washing
- Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.
- Hang dry only; Do not tumble dry.
Storage
- Store the battery in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Charge the battery every 3-6 months if not in use.
- Keep your heated apparel from moisture.
