One of my batteries, on my new gloves,would not take a charge. I called and spoke to Rose. She arranged for a new battery to be sent to my house within 7 days. She kept in contact giving me a tracking number and even contacted me to be sure the battery arrived. AND I love my gloves. They even keep my thumbs warm. This company is the best. Best products, exceptional service.

Good addition to the Venustas heated gloves!

We found the ski gloves worked great but the batteries only lasted 4 hours when set on the highest setting. My husband is a volunteer mountain guide and some groups need to go more slowly than others so his hands get chilled. The extra batteries insure his afternoons are comfortable!

Overpriced

They don't last all that long and one glove always seems to burn the battery faster but I don't know if thats the battery fault or the gloves fault theyre used in.I find these batteries overpriced for what they are and how long they last. Just saying.

Defective batteries replaced

Skiing in mild conditions, one lasts minutes, the other about an hour. The company replaced the batteries at no cost. Good costumer service
