Very poor service.
Bought as a gift--from Venustas, not Amazon, in case it needed to be exchanged. Didn't fit recipient. Even though no paper work of any kind was sent with the vest, it should have been simple enough to exchange small for medium, with a phone call and a note. Apparently, not. After roughly 20 man-hours on the part of both the recipient and me, Venustas claims to be refunding the purchase price (though not the cost of return.
