Jacket is great although one sleeve cuff is tight getting hand through

The jacket came but did not have the battery pack and cable. I called and spoke with Clyde and she called the company had it shipped right out we got it in a couple days. She has gotten back to me three times to make everything was OK. Customer service at least Clyde is excellent

Very durable

Jacket was made extremely well like Carhartt. Heated up very well. The size seemed to be on point with American sizing but unfortunately I had to return mine Only because the largest size they had was a 3x and I'm closer to a 4x but I figured I would give it a shot because it's the best jacket I could afford on here. I have zero complaints about this jackets . Worth the money

● Dual control allows you to adjust two heating systems. The first button controls the chest and back area. The second button controls the abdomen area. By pressing two buttons simultaneously, all heating elements can be activated.
● 5 carbon fiber heating elements are placed on the core body area to ensure sufficient warmth(left&right chest, left&right pocket, mid-back).
● 3 adjustable heating settings can provide targeted warmth with dual controls(3 hrs on high, 6hrs on medium, 10hrs on low setting). Up to 25 hours of warmth in single-switch mode.
