The coat came without the electronics. I called customer service, they sent out the missing items very quickly. The coat is very warm. The fit was exactly right. Very pleased with this purchase.

Great jacket!

LOVE the jacket. Battery pack charges quickly and can be used for many things. I wish the front heating elements got a little warmer but it does the job for our weak winters here in southeastern NM.

Order a size larger to accommodate the clothes you will where under it

Ordered this for my wife. She is always cold. She loves it. Fit perfectly. She slept in it the first day. Comfy.

Nice jacket

The jacket is cute and well made, but the battery pack is very heavy and gets in the way sometimes - kind of lays at the bend in the waist area when sitting - right by pocket area. And the battery needs to be charged often. Also, I wish the button to turn the heat on was on the outside of the coat vs the inside. Also - instead of the colored ring around the butting lighting up that you can see when pressing it, the word lights up - which is covered by your finger when pressing the button. Annoying!

Warm but bad pockets

The velcro is stronger than the stitching.However I sewed it up and it works great and is very warm. Sometimes the chord comes unplugged easily and it shuts off but you just gotta ug it back in.

Nice fit, and warm

Nice coat, I took xsmall. could be a little smaller for me.The battery I got is only 5000 instead of 10000 and the plug on the coat is dc and not usb as the description was stating. Good service from the company. They told me that they update the battery to a 7.4V. A little bit disappointed because it's more easy to be get a new battery with usb.
