Love This Vest

I love this vest. I am 5 foot 95 pounds & the XS fits me perfectly. I had problems with the battery pack at first but Claire in customer service took care of my problem with a new battery that I got within a week. Very satisfied with the quality product & service.

Great heating vest

I hardly leave reviews but this vest has been a life saver for my mom. As a senior, she is always cold and this comes in handy for her to wear around the house or when she's out at dr appts during treatments. The front of the vest started to not heat up as great as the back and neck but I emailed customer service and they were awesome. They offered to send me a replacement upgraded vest. It came in quickly and is working great. I would definitely recommend this vest to anyone who asks because it is easy to use, heats up nicely and customer service was great. Not everyone stands behind their products but they did without any problems.

Great customer service

I love this vest- super comfortable and I get a ton of compliments on it too. It keeps me warm, battery life is about 3 hours on high setting. When it stopped working (about a year after having it) - they were super great about troubleshooting and sending me a replacement without any issue. Very friendly customer service persons and made it very easy. I recommend them as a company to buy from for really great service.

Heated vests

I ordered a women's and a men's jacket initially. Neither one worked properly when we received. I contacted the company but had little time before my 30 days were up for the return. I thus returned to Amazon before Amelia had a chance to respond and give me some directions on what she needed to know what the problems were. The second two jackets I ordered came within a day. Great service and they worked perfectly. I let Amelia know right away about them both working. I think the first two that had problems may have been returns from someone else. The second two were actually packaged much better when we received them and even looked like they had not been worn before. I recommend this company for their great customer service and response to my issues. I have not used them for any length of time as they are for a trip in the fall and currently in Phoenix, where I live, it is 119 degrees. A little warm to keep on for an extended period of time. Sizing and battery

Vest is somewhat baggy fitting through the chest and shoulder, but is relatively true to size. Battery also does not seem to last as long as reported, but perhaps the longer lasting batteries would work better
