Absolutely LOVE This!!!

I absolutely love this vest and wear it all the time! The battery charges fast and has a long life. You can't really feel it when it's in the inside battery pocket, unless you put your hand on your back, but from just wearing it you cannot feel it. The on/off button is simple to use and easy to change the heat setting.This has been my go to for over a month now. It's durable, comfortable, and is made well.

Love that it stretches around the hips

There are so many things to love about this vest! The end around the hips stretches to accomidate and I am able to pull it all the way down. The hood detaches; just unzip it from the vest. The pockets are fleece lined and zip closed. The battery has its own pocket so its not crowding the hand pockets. The zippers are sturdy. The sizing is spot on. The exterior pattern is a slight cheveron shape pointing down rather than in horizontal strips is very flattering. And its so comfortable to wear!I also love that the battery tells what percentage is left. The button on the front of the vest changes colors according to the level of heat making it easy to know if your on low, medium or high. The battery pack does sit on the back of the left hip and I told it does bulge. I guess thats the only drawback to the vest if you see it that way but I dont find it bothersome at all.

I searched endlessly for the perfect vest, and this one ticks all the boxes. I can wear it over anything or under anything. It's super warm, and I love that it has a hood. The material is of excellent quality. Most importantly, I appreciate that you can see how much battery life is left. It provides an exact number, so there's no guessing about when your battery might die.

Quality of the garment and warranty service.

I wear this vest in the barn on particularly cool and cold days. The heat works really well, especially for my back. I usually start with the red level, and after a while, I turn it down to the blue level. Recently, I encountered an issue with the battery and charging adapter. I reached out to the company, and their representative, June, resolved the problem within a few days and sent me a new battery and charger. It's definitely worth the money. It took 3 tries to get it right, but we love it

Initially, we ordered one with a heated neck, but we found that we didn't like it (and it was slightly loose). So, we ordered a size smaller and a style without a heated neck. The smaller size was a bit tight, so we returned it again and went up a size (I would say it's true to size, keeping in mind that we wear it over a hoodie), and now we absolutely love it.

I purchased this vest back in September, and I absolutely love it. It's a lifesaver for the cold weather in NY. I encountered a minor issue and reached out to customer service, and they were extremely helpful in resolving it. I definitely recommend it.

It's true to size, lightweight, super comfy, and it holds heat (maybe a little too well, haha). I highly recommend it.

I wish I had purchased this earlier. It's not the easiest to wash, but it heats up really well. My only wish is that the battery pack area had a little padding on the inside to avoid feeling it on my side/back.
