Very soft and warm

I feel the wire going to the back heat pad when you first put on sweatshirt, but don’t notice it after a bit. I like the warmth of this product with out it on as well. Plus the fact it zippers up.

The product is of superb quality!

I purchased the hoodie, and after using it for 5 months, it stopped working. I reached out to the company, and they were incredibly easy to deal with. Their customer service was quick and smooth. They sent a replacement hoodie at absolutely no cost, and now a new 1-year warranty kicks in. It's a great company to do business with, so I would definitely buy from them again.

Disappointingly, it didn't come with the battery bank.

This is incredibly comfortable and warm. I don't even need to use the heating feature. It's not stiff and rigid like some other brands I've owned. I wear it under my motorcycle jacket for warmth on cold nights and mornings, and it works exceptionally well!

Perfect for those freezing days.

It's warm and incredibly comfortable.

I bought two sweatshirts, a small for my wife and a large for myself. After a year, neither would heat up. I contacted June at Venustas, and she replaced both sweatshirts and batteries for free, letting us keep the old ones too.
