VERY WARM - EASY TO ADJUST HEAT LEVEL

I love this jacket. I like that the heat adjustment is on the outside of the jacket and the colors make it very easy to see what adjustment it is on. The buttons are also easy to use with gloves on. To make it perfect, I would like to have heat in the sleeves. When I eliminate additional layers to use this jacket, the warmth on the arms is reduced. Also, it would be nice to have an inside pocket which could be zippered right next to the front zipper and go behind the warming element. The jacket is a good length when used as an outside layer, but would be better if it were a little shorter when used as a layering piece. I will use this for skiing and hiking. It will reduce the number of layers I need for skiing and the number of layers I need to carry when hiking.

Get it.

I am pretty much obsessed with my jacket. I ordered two from this brand and ended up keeping both. This is my “lighter” one but it can keep you warm in most cases on its on. I love how easy I can move around in it. I hate driving in jackets but this one doesn’t bother me at all.

Worked great for a year

I loved this jacket!!! I wore it frequently last year, even just without using the heater. The elastic in the wrists tends to get twisted, but it's tolerable. I went to put it on this year and it had stopped working. The battery appears to be charged, but I still can't get it to turn on. I'm still enjoying the warmth, even without the extra heat.

Heavy

The battery pack is bulky and heavy so it feels like a weight in your pocket. Other than that I love wearing a heating pad outside for a few hours. Not ideal for a major hike or long expeditions.

Good Customer Service

Jacket worked as expected during the first season. It was packed away during the warm months and didn't work when it was unpacked. Because it was within the 1 year warranty period I contacted the seller and explained the problem. We worked together, going back and forth with emails until it was determined that a replacement needed to be sent. About 10 - 15 days later I received the replacement and now I'm a happy customer.

Buy it!!

I can rave for hours about this jacket. As someone who works outside in the freeing winter Temps for 10 hours a day, this jacket is a godsend! It's so warm and cozy! I wear it as my work jacket and as my daily. The battery lasts maybe 5 hours is on all through. Longer if used in intervals. The down helps hold the heat in which is like wearing a comfy sleeping bag. Love it!! Its not bulky as I thought it would be. My only wish is that the battery was smaller and held a longer charge. I'll definitely be buying a second battery to have on hand for my long work hours. Lovr that it is USB charged. A+ on this purchase!

Better issue resolved

I love the jacket and am very pleased with customer service. The battery was not lasting more than a few hours using on low. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new battery and I received it within a few days. I have charged the new battery and will try it today. I appreciate the attention and service I received so promptly to resolve this issue. The weight of the jacket is perfect for everyday. Hiking or shopping I am very pleased with this jacket and would recommend to others. Customer service is excellent!!

Super warm

I bought this jacket for my wife who is always cold. This jacket is light weight and fits nicely. Even with the battery turned off the jacket is warm and I hear no complaints. We tried the heating portion and found the highest number is quite warm and we had to turn it to a lower number. Otherwise, it is well constructed, breaks the wind and keeps a happy wife happy. Which as they say, makes me happy.

Get it.
