Hit or miss it seems like the Chinese made battery has some factory defects. The original battery, my hand is in the pic, looks like a USB A but isn't. They sent me another battery which at first blush looked the same but the new one is slightly bigger. They both say the same model but the new one has 3A output while the badly made one says 2A & is slightly smaller.I am still charging the battery so I will see if it works as intended.

I want to buy winter jacket that will be heated itself so I do not have to wear extra cloth and this product is the solution. The product comes with a shell and a fleece, and a pocket to store the battery that will provide heat. It takes couple hours to recharge the battery fully, and the battery will last for up to 12 hours as per the instructions. I like the white/ light grey color and it is water proof. The jacket quality is also good as comparing to other winter jackets. Wearing the jacket will be a little bit heavy and bulky but I would not complain too much when the temperature drops to 30 degrees. Overall speaking, I am pleased with this purchase.

Likes: fabric looks nice, can beer washed, zippers are YKK, inner heated fleece looks good by itself and offers flexibility in wear (can be used with any other jacket).Dislikes: the battery was a cheap $10 generic version not the company's one with display, there is no charger included, outer shell had a chemical smell, style is bland (in black at least), the heating patch on the back is much smaller than in the photo. Also the coat name is Venustas but in the photos here is not the same, it seems to read EGE. Contacted seller and they sent a Venustas 10000mAh battery. Still not the one shown here as there is no actual %power level read out, just 4 small LED lights. At least it can feed 2.1A on both USB ports. Would be interesting to know what batteries others ordering recently got. See last photo showing the batteries, as received with the jacket vs the Venustas one. I added 2 more stars to my original review because they try to fix the shortcomings. Would be even better if they would advertise exactly what they actually sell and adjust price accordingly.

I did not know heated clothing was a thing until cross upon this. So glad i did. It works amazingly well. First let me say im 5 11 and 175 and i got the medium, large was really big and one tbooing is to get the kost out of the heating pads u want it as close to ur skin as possible. The jacket is well build and the inside feels really good, not itching at all, very confortable. It has a zipepr and a velcro for double closing. Now the battery has a nice percentage screen to help keep track for how much us left which is nice but it last so long never checked it and uses usb c to charge. Now keep in mind if you charge ur phone too then of course will last less. Now one thing i notice it uses a usb cable to charge the jacket pads so in theory you should be able to use any other batery pack with higher mah and should keep u warm all day long but dont quote me on this. Setup takes 1 second just plug cable and follow instructions. Diferent level of wamrs is alsp a nice feature. Great jacket and well worth the money to keep warm and toasty on this snowy vacation.

A very good product
A very good quality product. I like the design and workmanship of the two pieces-the fleece jacket and outer water proof wind breaker. Battery heating aspect does its job. 3 hrs probably is the time length you actually get the extra heat from the unit.

Loving this jacket so far!
I just received this jacket and have worn it once. I was pleasantly surprised opening the box and seeing the quality in the way it was packed, instructions that were included, all the customer service info, and most importantly that quality of the jacket. The jacket fits and looks great. I am 6'1" 185 lbs and a size large fits perfect. I wear a size large in pretty much everything so fits to size. The model through me off because he is similar height, build, and weight as me wearing a medium. Luckily I went with the large. The only thing I will probably do in the future is upgrade the battery. It's a 5000 and now there are 30,000 plus battery packs available. Besides that, awesome jacket that I hope works for years to come.

A very good product

I just received this jacket and have worn it once. The jacket fits and looks great. I am 6'1" 185 lbs and a size large fits perfect. I wear a size large in pretty much everything so fits to size.
