My wife adores this coat

My wife loves this coat. She can put another light coat over it and wok outside when it is cold. Extra coat is needed to protect Venutas from getting dirty. Wears inside home to keep chill off.

Exceptional service for warranty claims

The jacket functioned flawlessly until one day it abruptly stopped working. I encountered a connection issue between the battery and the jacket. I initiated a warranty claim through their website and received a response within 24 hours. I submitted the required pictures and videos, and 24 hours later, they informed me that I would receive a new jacket. The following day, Amazon delivered the new jacket, all within just 3 days after submitting the claim. I've never experienced such exceptional service, and I believe they couldn't have handled it any better.

Excellent jacket, though with battery concerns

The battery wouldn't stay connected to the first jacket I purchased. I returned it, and the second jacket with the battery worked fine. I'm still curious about how to purchase replacement batteries for extended heating.

Essential for the winter season

Despite being a lightweight jacket, it provides warmth even before you activate the heating. The three heat settings work exceptionally well. I used it in Switzerland in snowy conditions, and it kept me incredibly warm for hours.
