Game changer

Photo with jacket front with teal face guard and goggles in head. I’m 5’5, 150lb 36D. Jacket is a game changer for me, as cold and me don’t mix. I stay warm when snowboarding/falling…. Fairly water resistant, I Get a little damp when falling a lot but not enough to get cold. I have an extra battery, so going for 7 hours in high is no problem for me. I recommend this jacket to every cold natured person!

Great!

Absolutely great customer service!! At first I ordered a medium (which I normally wear), it was big and I tried to order a smaller size. At first it was a hassle to exchange it but then the seller went above and beyond to help me get a smaller size.

Great jacket!

LOVE the jacket. Battery pack charges quickly and can be used for many things. I wish the front heating elements got a little warmer but it does the job for our weak winters here in southeastern NM.

Impressive product; superb customer service by email

We initially ordered the competing product by Cadai and returned it. The Venustas heated jacket is of a far better quality in construction, materials and performance (heating). We had concern about a zipper that we thought was possibly defective and customer service went out of their way to ensure that we did not have a defective product and we were satisfied customers.

I bought this for work(cold, drafty warehouse), works great!

I'm very happy with this purchase. The jacket is like a windbreaker with a hood which is water resistant, the liner is a wonderful fleece type of material and is comfortable. The liner attaches by zippers and a few buttons. I ordered a small and it was a bit bigger than I anticipated but it's perfect to go over layers. You can easily turn the heat off with a push of a button...this purchase was a definite win for me.

Kept us warm!

The jackets fit perfectly. We ordered them for a early spring trip to Austria. It was very cold at times. The jackets heated up quickly and kept me from freezing! They also charge your phone and this was very helpful as the last thing you need in a foreign country is to have no access to a translator or gps!

It took me 3 tries to get the perfect coat but worth the effort ct

The 1st coat was too short and the 2nd one too bulky but this one was the perfect one. Went through an Indiana winter w.o even having to heat it up. Waterproof is perfect for rain/ wet snow
