Bought as a gift and interaction with company

I bought this heated vest as a gift for my dad (who is always cold and literally has the heater running in the summer!) last year. He wears it pretty much every day that the weather is in the 70s and below. It had recently broke (I think it was the battery) and my dad had reached out to the company to see about getting a replacement battery. They emailed him back quickly and asked for the order number so they could replace it. We were both under the impression we’d just get a new battery but the company had sent him a brand new vest! It was such a joy to see my dad excited to have a such a pleasant experience. He said the communication was easy and without problems. Many kudos to the company for taking care of their customers! 👏

La batería no dura lo que dicen.

No me agrado que la batería no dura lo que dicen solo dura dos horas.No dura mucho tiempo haciendo su trabajo ni siquiera a llegado el invierno y ya no funciona. No lo recomiendo calidad pésima en duración

It solved my problem

I work inside of a cooled place and sometimes it gets really chilly. This heated vest solved my problem of using many layers of clothing, I just change the level as I need it.

Great vest

Purchased this vest and heat it gloves as a package deal for my husband for Christmas He absolutely loves them hes been out every day all day snow blowing snow plowing with his 4 Wheeler I am a person that hates to spend money on things that I don't know if they're worth it After reading the reviews and looking at many other companies I decided to go with this one and I'm glad I did I will be purchasing 2 more sets next year for Christmas for my daughter my son-in-law Yes I do highly recommend this product

Overall pretty good value

I have a 44" chest and 34" inch waist and the large was a little too roomy as a snug fit would allow for better heat transfer. I plan on having the the width taken in about 2". Good quality construction but not as warm as I had expected.

Good quality

The V neck is awesome when you need it for a mid layer and your outer layer already has a high collar. Like a ski or snow suit. Yes its warm! immediately you can feel the heat. On high it lasts maybe 2-3 hours... medium is will last 4-5... and low it lasts just over 6 hours. If you use it only to warm yourself up and then shut it off then its a sun up to sun down best friend! I was shooting photos in -35 Fahrenheit and it kept me toasty! I hope they eventually make V neck long sleeve puffer with arm heat as well! that will be a perfect mid layer! Oh and customer service is awesome!

I am warmer

I like the quality of the vest. The packaging is nice, but better to have a good product. I like this vast. It could be a bit warmer but it fits well under a sweater and provides a cozy comfort. The pockets are lined with fleece which makes cold hands with gloves an added plus. Be careful though, if you are actively walking or get warm fast, you'll find your self pressing the button for cooler temperature. As for size, it fits a bit loose which is somewhat ok. A tighter fit may keep you closer to the heating elements. If you wear a sweater or light jacket over it, it should help retain heat. Adds a flexible system that helps adjust to weather or temperature changes.Nice zip-up pocket for the charger which keeps it secure. The travel bag is good so far. I'll see if the handle holds up over the rigors of travel.I did have a problem with the charger, but Ken worked with me and got a replacement out. Charger is pretty good with charge remaining indicator.Overall, I really like the vest. I recommend buying. I am somewhat confident that the vest with light fleece jacket is good enough to weather cold temperatures for a shirt period of time. Haven't tested it for a long period, but as long as you have charger power, it should be a great addition.

Was having g problems then Fiera fixed all by sending whole new unit

I bought vest last year and loved it. This year it worked for a couple of weeks then battery started giving me problems. I wasn't happy as I need this for snowmobiling. Unusual in today's environment to see customer service take care of their customer. Thanks Fiera I am back riding my sled in comfort!

Very warm

Good vest, heats fast gets hot. Ive used it almost every night for months and still works great. Customer service is also good. Had an issue with battery probably my fault being clumbsy with charging port. Once customer service heard of problem they sent me a new battery. And they contacted me within 12 hours, not days like other companys.
