
Bought as a gift and interaction with company
I bought this heated vest as a gift for my dad (who is always cold and literally has the heater running in the summer!) last year. He wears it pretty much every day that the weather is in the 70s and below. It had recently broke (I think it was the battery) and my dad had reached out to the company to see about getting a replacement battery. They emailed him back quickly and asked for the order number so they could replace it. We were both under the impression we’d just get a new battery but the company had sent him a brand new vest! It was such a joy to see my dad excited to have a such a pleasant experience. He said the communication was easy and without problems. Many kudos to the company for taking care of their customers! 👏
