Just what my husband was looking for. He's ready for cold weather now, just not too soon!

Granted I live in Florida but we went through a bad cold snap and this this was money never felt cold even on the lowest setting. Wore this riding my motorcycle never felt the rain and it dried pretty fast as well. The battery pack takes a bit to charge but I would not use to charge my phone as its super slow but in a pinch will work.
